Prayer and Encouragement
Thoughts by Peggy Ann Lamale, District AWM TCK Coordinator

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

“I thank my God always, making mention of you in my prayers, because I hear of your love, and
of the faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all the saint; and I pray that the
fellowship of your knowledge of every good thing which is in you for Christ’s sake. For I have come
to have much joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed
through you, brother."
Philemon 1:3-7

God wants us to be thankful for our brothers and sisters in Christ. To encourage one another in
the knowledge that our Heavenly Father gives us grace and peace in our hearts and minds as we
seek Him, and serve Him through Christ Jesus our Lord.

To pray for our fellow saints in Christ Jesus, that through the fellowship of our faith, we would
grow in our knowledge of Christ, that we would be effective for sake of Christ Jesus.

As we encourage one another in Christ, we share in the joy and love of our Jesus Christ.

"And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we shall reap if we do not grow weary.
So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of
the household of faith."
Galatians 6 : 9-10

As Alliance Women, that is our heart- through fellowship to encourage one another, to pray for
one another, to encourage growing in Jesus Christ together, to support through prayer, our time,
talents, giving, our International Workers, Third Culture Kids, Pastors and their families, the
churches in the Christian and Missionary Alliance. That our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would
find us faithful. Amen.

May God bless you as you grow in Christ and live a surrendered life to our Lord Jesus Christ.
